You are longing to ski nice slopes full of white powder in security with a mountain guide.
The stations of La Grave - la Meije, Serre Chevalier, Montgenèvres, Puy St Vincent or Queyras offer many wilde places. There are so many possibilities that it is very rare we could not find good snow conditions on slopes adapted to your level somewhere !
The region enjoys ideal weather and snow conditions due to many climatic influences : it can be snowing at La Grave and be very sunny in the Queyras and conversly !
The larch forests are also a fantastic refuge for the ski when the avalanche risk is high.
I propose the organization of a 2 or 3 days stay of off piste skiing , during a weekend or not:
The participants:
From 2 to 4 persons,
- To have a sufficiently small and homogeneous group to reduce the wait and the frustrations of the bests,
- and to manage easily the security (to space out ...).
If you have a group already built up with more than 4 persons, let's CONTACT ME .
Level requested for an initiation:
-To be in good shape,
-to be able to go down a black ski-run, allows to begin off piste skiing in good conditions.
The programme :
The idea of this stay is to be adaptable to the snow conditions, to your level, and of course to your desires.
It offers the opportunity to initiate yourself to all security elements, to learn about the variability and stability of the snow, and to simulate avalanche rescue missions with safety equipment.
As for each mountain activity, my objective is always double: enjoy and learn, to progress towards autonomy.
We will discuss all that in detail at your registration.
It can be also very interesting to have ski touring gears (rented) to leave far away from the station. So, we will use the ski lift to minimise the walk, but we will enjoy wilder mountains.

When : from mid-december to end of april.
My price :
-For 1 or 2 persons , 240 € per day (= 120 € per person and per day for a group of 2),
-for 3 or 4 persons , 280 € per day (= 94 € or 70 € per person and per day for a group of 3 or 4).
This price included :
-my services as an High Mountain Guide,
-The transportation with my car in the region between the gite and the mountains,
-the organization, the bookings for the stay,
You will have to pay : the rest ...
-Your transportation towards the Hautes-Alpes (Briancon, Guillestre, or other) :
-your half-board (optional) in the gite or refuge,
-if need be, your ski and shoes (specific for ski touring) rent,
-drinks and personal expenses.

The gears:
I will bring the collective and aids gears : a first aid box, maps, GPS, satellite phone, and an "Arva + spade + probe" per person (if you do not have yours).
